By using Dropzy you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The service

Dropzy lets you move files and text between devices. It’s free and provided “as is”, without warranties. Everything shared is temporary and deleted automatically — don’t use Dropzy as your only copy of anything. Limits (like file sizes and how long things last) may change, and the service may pause uploads or be unavailable at times.

What you may not share

• Anything illegal where you or the recipient are, including child sexual abuse material.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything meant to deceive or harm people or systems.
• Content that harasses, threatens or exposes someone’s private information without consent.
• Content you don’t have the right to share, including material that infringes copyright.

Don’t try to overload, probe or get around the service’s limits, and don’t use it for spam or bulk distribution.

Reports and takedown

Every file shared by someone else has a Report button, and so does each single-file link. We review reports quickly and may delete items and block uploaders without notice. For anything else — including copyright notices — use thecontact form and include the file link.

Responsibility

You are responsible for what you share. Only open files from people you trust. To the extent the law allows, Dropzy isn’t liable for losses arising from use of the service or from content shared by others.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
